What you will do

Will play a strategic role and will be responsible for delivering a suite of improvements to the processes and systems within Travel & Expense teams globally. These processes include expense submission and approval, auditing, out-of-pocket reimbursement, and expense payment processes on a global scale.
Will collaborate to deliver a new instance of Concur built to globally standardized configurations where possible.
Will aggregate data for participation in benchmarking studies and then utilize findings to present an action plan for prioritization.
Will also support HRP (High risk payments) related activities as they impact the T&E (Travel & Expenses) workstreams.
Your responsibilities will include supporting the production of training materials, deployment of training plans, and training superusers.
Will be responsible for monitoring user compliance and ensuring process/training documentation is updated.
Amongst other projects and responsibilities, you will focus on implementing a new global instance of Concur and participate in driving best practices and process standardization.
You will be an ambassador of standardization in Travel and Expense, with the primary focus on systems, and will be a key member of the governance model. Furthermore, you will play a critical role in defining global metrics for Travel and Expense and driving change management initiatives unlocked by system configuration updates and policy changes.

What you need

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or corelated area.
At least 10 years of progressive experience in a Highly Regulated Industry. Experience in Shared Services is preferable.
Significant experience with Travel and Expense and I2P Processes and Metrics.
Experience working in a diverse team and multi-cultural stakeholders.
Experience with project management and process improvement projects (PMP certification or equivalent or proven project managed experience).
Strong skills in data analysis.
Experience with integrations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal in English).
Ability to convince, drive and implement changes.
Excellent problem solving and influencing skill in a multi-cultural environment.
Passionate and experienced in providing training to small and large audience.
