Expert Risk Management

Major Tasks:

Increase risk awareness and continue to drive mental change towards integrated risk and compliance awareness and proactive behavior; develop successful, trustful and synergetic relationship.

Provide RM consulting following prioritization, steer and support risk mitigation projects for significant risks.

Implement and run Internal Control System (ICS) cycle based on given control framework and local requirements.

Implement and run local Business Continuity Management (BCM) cycle.

Support internal and external audits on local level and sustainable remediation of findings with regard to continuous improvement and a learning organization.

Monitor the Local Margo Unit operation, as well as adherence to Bayer internal guidelines and regulations, laws, and other external applicable regulations.

Skills:

University degree

Working experience in life science business processes

Know-how and experience in Risk Management, Internal Control System (ICS) and Risk Mitigation strategies (e.g. controls, monitoring) & Business Continuity Management.

Strong Digital Mindset Proactive, analytical, decisive, and results driven.

Strong team player.

Strong communication skills incl. courage to maintain difficult conversations with senior management if necessary.

Advanced English.
