Resource Planning/Staffing

Partner with Talent Acquisition department to drive efficient recruitment process

Together with direct supervisors assures, that Onboarding process runs correctly, on time and effectively.

Support and advice on redeployment activities.

Organize, support or execute exit process and exit interviews.
 
Training and Development

Implement and Manage all developmental activities for RBC to ensure people development

Monitor and drive talent management/Succession planning
 
Compensation and Benefits

Provide analyses of remuneration for new hires and staff within area of responsibility and propose the action in order to match it with internal JC standards and Compensation & Benefits Policies.
 
Personal Administration and Reporting

Tracking and reporting on HR measurable/Balanced Scored Cards  as well as Key Performance Indicators in line with internal JC targets

Maintain and update all HR related data in HR reporting and tracking systems reflecting actual status of organization
 
Employee Relation and Communication

Ensure legal compliance regarding all activities with linkage to the employees

Demonstrates compliance with employment laws / regulations as well as with company's policies

Partner with Central Lead on communication and represent regional business center in external activities
 
 
 
 
Qualifications

University degree

5 years in HR fields 2 years' experience with leading people

Project management skills, Presentations skills and Communication skills including relevant experience

Excellent in Excel & PowerPoint is a must

3 years of Experience in SSC environment or 4 years of experience within international company

Fluent English is a must

Ability to cooperate with people of different levels inside/ outside the company and to interact with team to reach team goals and business objectives

Ability to set goals in consistency with company objectives and to adapt plans to changing environment
