*Responsible for the company results in the region: Net Sales, Gross Profit, Market Share, Customer Share, OPEX, etc.
*Develop, propose and implement, a Commercial strategy for the current stage and until 2023, focused on Portfolio improvement, Forecast and analytics Management, trait identification and resource allocation, that maintains and increases our MS in the region, on a Double digit base, and improves our NPS as a leading choice for dealers, key accounts and growers.
*Lead & influence internal stakeholders, such as marketing, finance, credit and collection, market development, supply chain, HR, etc., to assure the business continuity and operation in the region as well as business performance indicators.
*Develop and implement actions plans to have the right Go To Market Strategy to accomplish the business objectives for short, mid and long term.
*Provide dynamic leadership, recommend training, assistance, appraisal, motivation and development to our internal commercial team to help them achieve their goals and build and capture value along the way while improving constantly our grower proximity and maintain our leadership position in the eyes of our customers.
*Establish and implement a RADL segmentation and account planning process to the region to properly use and maximize the resource available to achieve and exceed our financial targets across the region.
*Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with key stakeholders (Local Government Officials, Growers Associations, Big Growers, Distributors, and other relevant agents in the region, to obtain their support for the implementation and activation of any short and long-term plans.
*Bachelor's degree, desired MBA , Bachelor's Degree in Plant Science, Marketing, Agronomy or Related.
*10-15 years of experience in ag business or greenhouse management, marketing and/or sales.
*8-10 years as people manager. Influence, Customer Focus, Finance Acumen, Business Strategy, Negotiation, Sales and Marketing skills
*High English proficiency (Written and conversational)
*Office, SAP & Oracle (desired) Salesforce or similar CRM
