Strategic Leadership: Lead and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across direct and indirect channels.
Channel Management: Recruit, develop, and support channel partners, including distributors, resellers, and integrators.
Business Development: Develop business plans to introduce new products and expand geographic coverage.
Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance and ensure quota attainment through accurate forecasting and reporting.
Commercial Proposals: Build integrated proposals in collaboration with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations teams.
Pricing Strategy: Design and manage pricing strategies to position the portfolio competitively while delivering customer value.
Compliance: Ensure full compliance with applicable laws, internal codes, and anti-corruption regulations.
Operational Alignment: Align inventory planning with sales forecasts to optimize availability and efficiency.
What you need
Required
Sales Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in sales roles.
Leadership: Minimum 5 years of experience managing commercial teams.
Industry Knowledge: Minimum 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Languages: Fluency in English.
Preferred
Sector Expertise: Experience in direct sales to both public and private hospitals.
