YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement Account Planning / Sales Planning process, including performance management dashboard.
• Manage seasonal assignment of customers/dealers to sales force (Sales Reps).
• Define local sales incentives schemes in line with regional guardrails and perform payment.
• Assess local capability needs according to skillset mapping standards.
• Define appropriate content development to address capability needs.
• Build local training calendar and execute training sessions.
• Coordinate multi training efforts engaging sales force (training committee).
• Define with Global and Regional teams the tools and digital solutions to support the sales team to manage their customers data and plan their business plan by customer and by channel.
• Support GTM strategies definition and implementation with sales force sizing and allocation team definitions.

WHO YOU ARE

• Education: University degree (Master or equivalent).
• Experience: Training Knowledge about commercial process.
• Understanding of local market environment.
• Ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
