Your responsibilities:
• Enables the delivery of quality and timely results for core compensation processes. •Aligned to a designated business area (Innovative Medicines US, Global functions, Novartis Institutes for Biomedical Research, Global Drug Development, Operations) and working closely with the US Rewards BPs, provides expertise on Job evaluation and benchmarking to ensure salary ranges and job levelling are appropriate for attraction and retention of talent.
• Is primary point of contact for offer design, evaluating buyout of compensable losses and design of attractive offers, maintaining consistency and compliance with global guidelines. •May support the assigned business area during annual processes (mid-year salary and promotion cycles, retention activities, etc) and provides insights and data analysis as appropriate.
• May provide training and education to key stakeholders on core compensation processes, to deliver superior end user experience. •Demonstrates a desire for continuous improvement and best practices, ability to work in ambiguous and fast changing environments, ensuring a high level of ethics and compliance with governance
• Fosters a culture of collaboration Final determination of the level of the role will be based on candidate’s technical experience and demonstrated skills and competencies required for the role.

Desirable Requirements:
• University degree (by preference Economics, Finance or HR)
• At least 4 years of experience of compensation & rewards: Salary survey submissions, benchmarking, job evaluations.
• Experience in North America region.
• Proven analytical and numerical skills and ability to work with diverse cultures.
•Advance Excel level
• This position is to be based in Mexico City, Mexico.
